The Town Hall
The Town Hall has always been an important part of politics in the United States. Before the modern era, it was the primary way a voter was able to get a chance to get to know candidates for office and to discuss the issues of the time. Town halls were limited to one place and only a few were able to fit into the building. Well, those days are gone. Here at USATalks you do not need a ticket or an invitation and we have enough seats for everyone.
So, if you would like to express your opinion on the issues of today. If you would like to get knowledge about issues from your fellow Americans instead of a bunch of talking heads, then register an account today and start sharing and debating with the American people. By engaging each other in open debate and discussion we may just find the common thread that binds us all, We all care deeply about our country and what will become of it.
Once you register and validate your account, you may post in the Town Hall forums or post video ( from Youtube) and comment on video's posted here.
The Doors are Now OpenWe are proud to announce the launch of the open town hall for America, USATalks.org. This site launched on September 10, 2009. A fitting day to launch a website dedicated to Americans discussing issues. Tommorrow is September 11 a day that none of us will ever forget a day that lives in infamy. Let us never forget those that died and were injured and the families that were affected by loss. God Bless America! |
